Yes, it's true. It's quite common, apparently, to have preschool/PreK graduation ceremonies, complete with robes and diplomas. Norahs was lovely, short and to the point and it was a nice time to chat with all of her friends parents before the kids all head off to school in September. I didn't get pictures of all her friends, as the kids were pretty excited and were a little hard to pin down. Other notables about the event were that Norah received the "Fabulous Artist" award, and reported that she'd like to be a ballet teacher when she grows up. We'll see how this evolves with subsequent graduations :)

Norah with her friend Lauren, who shares not only a birthday, but a middle name! They have been in the same class since they were about six months old, but will head to separate school districts in the fall |

Me and my girl. We had a great day together! |

Norah with her bud Cassandra. They have also been together since they were babies and head in different directions in the fall. Cassandras mother told me that she was very sad to be apart from Norah :( |

Yet another friend, Hailey, who has been with Norah, though about 6 months behind, for all these years. She'll at least be in the same town and they may be back together again by middle school. |
